1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BT Enterprise services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BT Enterprise provides telecommunications, networking, cloud, and IT services to business customers. Service availability, features, and pricing may vary based on your location, service package, and other factors.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as agreed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

BT Enterprise guarantees 99.9% network availability for eligible services. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our complete SLA document available upon request.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Early termination of contract services may be subject to early termination fees as specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

BT Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
